Building Operations
Responsible for on-going maintenance of the centre’s buildings and water system.
Centre Development
Oversees the development of the Ontario Vipassana Centre.
Children’s Courses
Coordinates the preparation and delivery of courses for children (8-12) and teenagers (13-15).

Dhamma Service
Coordinates Dhamma service for courses and centre activities and committees.

Finance
Responsible for managing the centre’s finances and preparing financial reports.

Grounds
Responsible for maintaining the grounds at the centre (grass cutting, gardening, snow removal).

Household
Responsible for overseeing the general cleanliness and healthy environment of the centre and ensuring all household items are available and in good working order.
Information and Publicity
Plans and organizes public information talks; publicizes courses; disseminates general information, responsible for the Day 10 info package.

Kitchen
Responsible for meal preparation for all courses, ordering food, orienting kitchen staff; developing menus, kitchen cleanliness.
Technology
Responsible for the maintenance and development of the Ontario website and researching use of technology to further the centre’s operations.

Vehicle and Equipment
Responsible for on-going operations and maintenance of the centre’s vehicles and equipment.
